Ray Delage Enterprises
Ray Delage has been actively involved in training in the aviation and railway industries for over 15 years. Currently he specializes in the development of eLearning programs in both industries as well as dangerous goods and health and safety training.

In aviation, he has developed training for all aspects of aircraft ground handling, ramp operations safety, de-icing operations, first response fire fighting and the transportation of dangerous goods by air. Beyond training, he has developed aircraft specific ground handling manuals and standard operating procedures for the aircraft services industry. He has participated in protocol based safety audits, with an area of expertise in training and aircraft ground handling operations.
In rail, he has developed a wide range of courses in track and rolling stock maintenance, locomotive operations, rail operating rules, risk analysis, incident command operations and dangerous goods incident response. He works with both Class 1 railways in Canada as well as short lines and mining companies with rail operations.
Ray brings extensive instructional design experience to any course development initiative. Aviation training experience began with Air Canada's corporate training team, then managing IATAs Dangerous Goods Training team and most recently with Airports Council International (ACI) and their training partners. His focus on eLearning and advanced flash based interactive learning objects led him to the rail industry where he has managed develop teams and designed training programs for the industry.
