Gilles brings over 40 years of training and experience in police, security and safety fields, working with all levels of governments and private corporations.

As a security specialist he has conducted numerous Threat and Risk Assessments, (TRAs), Physical Security Design Briefs, Site Design Briefs supported by associated consulting.

As an emergency preparedness and safety specialist, he has designed, operated and trained large emergency response programs in connection with security parameters.

As a Policy writer, he has designed security and safety policies, including regulatory and operational programs.

His early training was focused on security and safety within the air environment of the Canadian Forces.
